Hi everybody...
This is the best board, seriously! I love checking it and realizing that there are people out there that I can REALLY relate to. You all have been so encouraging. I love laughing with your stories and empathizing with them! I wanted to report that for the first time in about 6 months, I'm having my, er, "monthly cycle." My body is not used to this. I have cramps and lower back pain that I can't remember ever experiencing before. It's like my body is sabotaging me because the last thing I want to do right now is go to the gym. We'll see how things go once the advil kicks in in a minute :) Also, I wanted to recommend a great book written by a woman who lost 181 pounds. It's called "Passing for Thin" by Francis Kuffel. I read it and I could relate to every part of her "before" story. This is not a step-by-step diet book. It's a narrative of her feelings and the actual physicality of this whole process. I plan to read it again as a starting point to inspire myself again. Hope you're all having a fantastic day!

That books sounds interesting, I'll have to check it out. Maybe if we do another book discussion, we can read that one. Thanks for recommending it:)
