How odd that you should post this Rely..I go to the Goodwill every few months to see if they have anything good..well I went today for the first time in about 3 months and found an AMAZING deal!!!

I am attaching this pic..it is an Eddie Bauer solid wood highchair retail of 99.99 well I found it in the box..BRAND SPANKIN' NEW still in the bubble wrap for 59.99...we have been shopping around and had only planned on spenging about 50.00 for a decent highchair and Eddie Bauer is a really good name brand furniture so I am very pleased with this purchase .

I suggest you all check out the local Goodwill or Salvation Army's (unless you live in the inner city) you can sometimes find great deals!

I watch the sales and use the department store coupons. One good thing is that you watch the end of the season sales. Especially nice in Texas since we only have winter maybe 4 months. I have gotten some awesome deals. I have gotten 2 $1000 suits one under 200 and one under 100. I have 2 coach purses under 100 and let's not even go through the designer shoes I own.

OHHH great this is the outlet malls....great deals if you have Off Fifth or others.

Grocery shopping? I admit, I normally don't shop from a list no matter how many times people say to do it that way. So I probably spend too much by not planning my menu a week in advance (something also recommended a lot). But what I do happen to like doing....I start in produce, see what's best, and plan everything else around my produce purchases (instead of the typical, around meat dishes). That way, if I buy meat at all, it's to complement a full plate of beautiful vegetables. It not only saves money, but more importantly, is healthier (I think) and saves calories.

Clothes: I've discovered that owning a lot of new clothes is not as important once the weight is under control because it's not a matter of buying something to look good....whatever you put on looks good at a good healthy weight. So my "tip" there is I've learned not to spend too much, to wait as long as possible while dieting before buying new (instead of wasting money on things which will be too big in weeks). And then when I do buy it's good quality but not a lot.
