I am trying to find things i will keep down and I am not sure if I can. Right now I am nibbling on a blueberry muffin and it is hard for me to keep that down.
I am thinking that maybe if I am not able to eat yet as well as I should that a smoothies from smoothie king might be the best bet to have some nutrients in. Who knows.
As soon as the stress is gone then I will be better able to eat.
I'll know dinner when it gets here. But breakfast today was a really great fruit plate: 1/4 fresh pineapple, one banana, kumquats, fresh strawberries, table grapes. Lunch was turkey sandwich with jarlsburg, baby spinach, red onion, hummus on Italian, some veggie "potato chips" and a handful of cherry tomatoes. So far it's under 700 calories and 5 grams fat. I'm thinking dinner will be individual lasagnas and a vegetable salad and maybe apple crumble etc.
How do you do those graphs? When you see what I have to eat on this diet, you'll understand why I'm always like "I'm choking down food!" You get to eat LOTS! And I'm always full...isn't it nice to have that feeling knowing you're eating healthy? I guess I'll do mine in plain-jane fashion:
Breakfast:
WLF Protein Shake w/ 16 oz. skim milk
1 slice whole-grain diet bread, toasted, w/ 1 t. margarine
1 c. strawberries
Snack:
1/2 c. applesauce
WLF protein bar
Lunch:
4 oz. lean ground beef w/ Mrs. Dash
2 c. green beans
1/2 med. baked potato w/ Molly McButter and Molly Mc Sour Cream
1/2 c. applesauce
Snack:
WLF protein bar
Dinner:
4 oz. grilled chicken breast
2 c. broccoli
WLF pasta supplement
That's a whole lotta food! Oh, and 1/2 oz. water per pound of body weight, makes it almost 150 0z. water/day.
Menu: Good question.

Amanda
Some eat when there is a lot of stress, I wish. I never eat and I just realized that I have only had maybe a meal and a half per day since Monday.
Get ready to yell at me.....I can't seem to keep any food down now.
I KNOW!!!!
I am trying to think of something that might tempt me for dinner that won't get me sick.
