Any APRIL goals or plan to do different?

well it's a new month anyone have any goals to do this month? Or plan to do something different from last month?

Well, Im 178 right now and when I reach 175, Im supposed to go down in WW points to 22 points (1100 calories) per day.

I am going to shoot for being under 200 by April 19. I am also going to be very mindful of my water intake. And I am going to make my best effort to exercise.

I'm actually going to start back on the routine I never should have gotten off of! LOL

For me, it's going to be continuing to improve my diet (which I'm basing on the South Beach Diet), building up my exercise endurance, and drinking more water. I'm also going to look into some other more meditative exercise routines. Any suggestions?

I'm hoping to be 220 or under by the end of April. I'm at 228.5 right now, so hopefully I'll be close, if not there. Now that the weather's getting warmer, I'll be doing a lot more outdoor activities so I should be able to up my exercise minutes. Other than that, we'll just see how it goes.

I want to break 210. (only 8 pounds to go!!!) By the way I passed my March goal by 2 pounds Yay me!!

My goals are the same this month, just to keep losing, but APRIL seems like such a month of promise and beginnings that I feel more hopeful and positive! Find new ways of doing old things, maybe spicing up my menus a bit, I seem to eat the same foods prepared the same way all the time. Very boring.
