Sat,10- I did ALOT of heavy housework today. Vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. I'm not sure exactly for how long, so I'm going to say 2 hours, although I know it was more.

Tues--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes walking around track
Wed--None
Thurs--None
Fri--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stairclimber, 30 minutes walking around track
Sat--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes recumbent bike, 30 minutes treadmill
Total: 360 minutes

Mon: 4/5 30 min walking (2 miles) pretty good clip
Tues:4/6 40 min walking (2 miles) first mile good clip, 2nd a little slower
Wed: 4/7 40 min walking (1 mile) too dh. slower pace and he can't do 2 miles yet
Thur:4/8 ~90 min tennis (doubles) work-out with tennis team
Fri: 4/9 *30 min walking (2 miles) will do at faster clip (like on Mon)
Sat: 4/10*40 min walking (2 miles) one fast, one slower
Sun: 4/11 DAY OF REST :) (and Happy Easter everyone !!!)
Total: 270 min !!!
