OK I hate stairs. I really don't care what muscles they are going to tone or what part of my body will dissapear. I counted the steps in these steep stair way...and it was hot. I walked up 48 steps after I walked down them. It was fun listening to my knee creak and squeek too. I also did this in 2 inch heels....what was I thinking!!!???
I am hot, breathing hard, and tired. Is it worth it?? Only if it gets rid of my butt and thighs!!!

I am about to go do this again too.
freaking knees are on fire. oh and YES muscles dance around. Can I have my dr pepper now????

You remind me of myself every Thursday night. I do my big 2 1/2 hour workout on Thursdays between work and choir practice. Some cardio, lots of weight work. By the time I take my shower and everything and get to practice, the muscles are starting to get stiff and tight. Unfortunately for me, choir practice is upstairs, so I have to climb this winding staircase with my thighs fighting me the whole time. A couple of times I literally had to pull myself up the last couple of steps with my arms because my legs just wouldn't move. You have me beat, though. 2 inch heels!?!? NO WAY!!!!

i have had to climb those &^%* stairs to company meetings in 3 inch heels, which wasn't by choice. THIS IS!!! What the devil am I thinking???
And now I am hungry with nothing here
