Howdy Doody ya'll...
Well, I am down another pound this morning. Yesterday I did rather well in the eating area. I walked about 4 flights of stairs twice and I walked a mile as well.
This morning, I have already set the alarm for 10:30 to go walk the stairs again. Only problem is I didn't get to bring my breakfast so I am relying on other things and I am hungry as well. HMMM, big challenge about to happen.

Today i tried to take them a bit faster...can your legs hurt you in protest?

Only doing stairs between 2 floors which is about 4 flights. I am going to do them until I am able to climb them without feeling like I have run a marathon then I will increase the floor amount.
with me it doesn't satisfy me as well as others. i am wanting something sweet now.
Both are now starting to hurt going down and up.
One thing I noticed is that it was a bit harder this afternoon to climb those 4 flights. I am not sure if it is because my knees are hurting and it was a pretty decent amount of pain or my body is starting to rebel against it?
Knees hurt because when I was a kid into my teens I would always fall on my knees. One knee is completely blown because I was playing football with the guys and my family. Second one is blown because I fell on it and twisted it at the same time. Yeah fluffy gal was very active in my youth.
I hate going DOWN stairs - there is something about the extention and flexion of the quad muscle that just does not work for me while stepping and reaching down, esp if I'm getting fatigued. It sucks !
