Since I've inadvertently started a few wars lately, I decided I'd play it safe.

Oh, let's see, Weasel Face would be proud...

Breakfast : 8 oz. plain FF yogurt sweetened with Splenda, 1/4 cup each of strawberries & blueberries, small handful of crushed almonds, all with a teaspoon of flaxseeds mixed in.

(The 'small' handful thing cracks me up.. I have a child's hands - my pre-engagment ring, or the 'Shut Up' ring is a size FIVE. So, can I use someone else's hand? She wasn't specific as to WHO's hand.)

Lunch : Green leaf lettuce salad with english cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, baby spinach topped with 5 oz. of pan seared tuna steak, oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Din-Din : 6 oz grilled chicken, a SH*TLOAD of grilled zucchini.

Dessert (caused I 'banked my carbs for a PMS treat) : FF/SF Jello Chocolate pudding with FF Cool Whip.

2+ liters of water, multivitamin, fish oil capsule, calcium supplement, Metamucil, and a gnat I accidentally inhaled while walking today. Any carbs in a gnat ?

How's 'dat ?

Amy ( Now a fellow bug-eater :( )

Breakfast: granola and fruit; lunch: toss salad and scrambled eggs, and it's no where near dinner time.

Yeah, not too good...if they hit you the right way you hack, hork, snort, cough, drool, and flail around like an idiot. Or maybe it's just me that does that.

If anyone is unfamiliar with a hork, it is a cross between a hack and a dry heave, and sounds EXACTLY like it's spelled.

I am full of usefull information, aren't I ?

Hork hork horkity hork, I'm at work and bored to death, la la la la la la ....
