Do you guys have those grocery stores that have been cropping up recently?

Hi,

No, I have never seen one. But bringing your own bag or bagging your own is common enough, and a good idea too.

How much do you tip a cow? Is it the standard 15%?

I saw that about Killington wanting to become part of NH! That's the strangest thing I've heard in a long time.

The next time I'm up that way I'll have to check out the natural food store you mentioned. Thanks for the tip.

I've actually been to both of them (my mom shops there because you can get like spaghettios (sp) and mac n cheese really cheap), so she made me go to both once.

We have Aldis and Sav-a-lot. I went to Aldis a few years back "regularly" (I put that in quotes because "regular" grocery shopping was not something I ever did pre-healthy eating days...we lived on fast food and take-out). It's cheap for certain things, but I never really liked the produce at our store. I would buy chips, candy, white rice, mac&cheese, eggs, cheese, frozen dinners like pizzas and lasagnas, and bread. Since I changed my eating habits I don't buy a lot of that stuff now.
