Let's get our bodies in motion and start the challenge right!

week 1

M,12- 45 min. tae kickology,10 min Denise Austin abs

Tue,13-20 min arm weights,10 min spot abs,30 min dynamite legs

W,14- 75 min walk,25 min mowing

Th,15- 30 min walk

F,16-60 min walk,15 min weights

Sat,17-120 min. vigorious spring cleaning/rearranging with the sweat pouring off me..lol(bedroom+bathroom)

~~~TOTAL 440 min.

Monday April 12th---> 10 minutes worth of climbing stairs...4 flights (think I should get double minutes for doing it in heels)

I noticed that this only goes Mon-Sat. I'm not sure if you're counting Sunday, but I'll put it down. I played with my niece and nephews enough to count that as exercise. I was exhausted!



M,12- 20 min. stretching

Tue,13- none

W,14- 30 min. the Firm

Th,15- 15 min. walking

F,16- 30 min. walking

Sat,17- 45 min. hiking

~~~TOTAL 140 minutes

Edited to take out Sunday. There goes 90 good minutes lol!!!!

4/12--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stairclimber, 30 minutes walking around track

4/13--Off

4/14--30 minutes elliptical

4/15--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stairclimber, 30 minutes walking around track

4/16--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes walking around track

4/17--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes recumbent bike, 30 minutes treadmill @ 3.2mph.

Total: 390 minutes
