Tue,13-20 min arm weights,10 min spot abs,30 min dynamite legs
W,14- 75 min walk,25 min mowing
Th,15- 30 min walk
F,16-60 min walk,15 min weights
Sat,17-120 min. vigorious spring cleaning/rearranging with the sweat pouring off me..lol(bedroom+bathroom)

Total - 130 minutes
Tuesday April 13th---> 40 minutes walking (didn't know the Galleria is a 4 mile adventure walked 2 of it including stairs!!)
Tuesday 4/13: Off
Wednesday 4/14: 60 min Step Aerobics class
Thursday 4/15: Off
Friday 4/16: 75 min Aerobics class
Saturday 4/17: 60 min Yoga, 5 min Abs
