M,12- 45 min. tae kickology,10 min Denise Austin abs
Tue,13-20 min arm weights,10 min spot abs,30 min dynamite legs
W,14- 75 min walk,25 min mowing
Th,15- 30 min walk
F,16-60 min walk,15 min weights
Sat,17-120 min. vigorious spring cleaning/rearranging with the sweat pouring off me..lol(bedroom+bathroom)

Fri- 60 minutes walking.

M,12- 120 minutes of extensive cleaning
T 13 20 minutes back and forth with laundry baskets out to the garage
W 13 took the day off
T15- 10 minutes walking the mall to get me a frozen mocha lol does this count? lol
F16- lazy day!!!
S17- this is only a guess but im going to say at the very least 120 minutes of walking the crawfish festival
Thursday 60 min. taebo
Friday at least 120 minutes walking...field trip with middle schoolers....
