Let's get our bodies in motion and start the challenge right!

week 1

M,12- 45 min. tae kickology,10 min Denise Austin abs

Tue,13-20 min arm weights,10 min spot abs,30 min dynamite legs

W,14- 75 min walk,25 min mowing

Th,15- 30 min walk

F,16-60 min walk,15 min weights

Sat,17-120 min. vigorious spring cleaning/rearranging with the sweat pouring off me..lol(bedroom+bathroom)

~~~TOTAL 440 min.

It's still 310. It's probally a little more because we were at the park for 2 hours or more. But I figured that I was actually moving for 1 hour total. I had to keep taking breaks for DH and DS to catch up!! Hee hee!

Here's my mileage!!!

Mon: 40 min of walking

Tues: none (bad girl)

Wed: none (very bad girl)

Thurs: 2 hours of tennis (and good hard tennis at that!!)

Fri: 2 hours of tennis in the middle of the day

Sat: 1 hour of tennis (didn't play very well, and got beat really fast!!)

Total minutes: 340 (not too horrible, but need to work on that!!)
