But I did start to have a faster heart rate....hmmm heels and climbing might be what I need.
I am hoping that in another week I can climb 4 flights of stairs without stopping to catch my breath or resting because my knees hurt.
It was nice to feel my muscles burn on the way down and on the way up. Unfortunately tonight won't be a night that I can exercise. BUMMER!! But there are so many little things you can do when you go to the bathroom at work. My aunt who is a dancer taught me one of the moves in ballet that help with your arms is great for toning and you can do it anywhere since it is very low impact but has a great burn.
Think about it....after you finish your forth glass of water and start going on the hour you can take a few minutes and do a rep of 8 and get some movement in.

I have a goal for this month and that is to lose 10 pounds by my birthday which is May 14th. Doable...possible...reachable...I believe I can do it.
I was simply added some humor to it and if you bothered to read the whole thing you would have realized I directly pointed to the fact my knees don't handle it very well.
I refuse to respond to another one of your posts. If your mother didn't teach you please let me....if you can't say anything nice and on here positive then don't say anything at all.
POOF!!! YOU HAVE BEEN BANISHED!
Well, Karrie has knees from hell, and especially if your patellas don't align in their grooves correctly like mine did (which incidentally took physical thereapy and weight loss to correct) you will have issues with stairs.
Karrie is doing something good for her body despite it being uncomfortable, let's just focus on that. She is doing what she has time for and has specific goals, and is keeping positive.
So, GPS, Forte.
HUGS HUGS HUGS...TEXAS SIZE HUGS
I have just discovered the little ignore feature so she is throughly banished.
My knees will never be the same but no pain no gain, huh? :)
