Oh boy - well, my husband and kids have been very supportive - DH even went on the diet with me (he wanted to lose about 40 pounds) and he's been great about keeping junk out of the house, etc. Lots of compliments about me staying on plan, doing my workouts, etc. However,I have to admit that my inability to LOSE much has made me cranky, and that's having a negative effect on my family. I have to really watch that! I've only lost 3 pounds this month, and that was with an average of 1400-1500 calories a day and a 1 hour workout every day. I'm frustrated and bewildered! (DH hit his goal in 3 months) For a week or so I was SO frustrated that I started eating junk food here and there - and my kids and DH didn't know whether to try to talk me out of it, or what. I have to keep my frustration to myself, but it's hard to celebrate - and hard for them to keep encouraging me - when I'm not getting anywhwere!

That is so sweet! I told my husband (Military also - active duty AF) about what you posted and he started asking what boards I visit so he can do the same. It's nice to know supportive husbands are out there!
