You know there are just days, good days and BAD days. I think this is becoming a bad week. I am heading into my 2 week PMS where chocolate is a good thing, so of course I wanted a twix. YEAH OK like my stomach wanted that. Have you ever felt the rebellion that silly thing does when it doesn't like anything?

I have discovered that not only is ATT evil but so is chocolate. I KNOW! What demonic spell am I under?

I was having this same conversation with my boss earlier this week. How can I be sitting at my desk working away and all of the sudden this voice in my head suddenly says "I NEED CHOCOLATE". I look around like where did that come from I wasn't even remotely thinking about food? My boss looked at me and said "Satan".

telling you it was like some demon was calling me to the vending machine.

what was really sad is that i didn't even finish the whole thing because my tummy rebelled.

I don't think my stomach has ever rebelled against chocolate but I sure feel guilty about eating it when I do give in. So I'm trying to use Jesus' word when the craving hits---"Get behind me Satan!!"

I usually crave salt...I started Flo today, and I was in the middle of eating my baked chicken lean cuisine at lunch, and here comes my bud Lisa with BURGER KING!!(gotta hate that), and I just had to some of her fries...they were SO salty and good! Usually, before I started losing, I'd eat like, 20 chips+ out of eat bag in the house, so the serving size of every bag of chips we had(about 5 varieties at least), plus dip, then I'd start on crackers...lol

I keep two pieces of Russell Stover sugar-free chocolate in my desk (only two for my own safety) for emergencies. My favorites are their chocolate covered mints and the chocolate covered toffee. Takes the edge off the chocolate demon without killing the diet.

I have two prayers on little business card shaped things posted in my cubicle, and also keep R. Stovers SF chocolate in my desk.

LMAO...everyone's posts are sooo true! Why don't men understand the need for chocolate? I swear everytime I tell DH I want some chocolate he just doesn't get it. I'm doing South Beach, and they allow SF fudgesicles as dessert, so I have one of those almost daily and it keeps me from craving it as much.
