Hi all,
I thought you would be interested in a recent article published in Hers Magazine about how to maintain healthy knees. As you lose extra weight, you can sometimes have difficulty with your joints, especially if you've begun exercising (which of course I hope you have!)
The exercises in this article are super simple and only take a few minutes a couple of times a week to complete. I do a similar routine a couple of times a week myself since sometimes my knees are on the edge. Although this magazine may not be quite right for you it has some great articles on everything from diet to exercise to motivation. Thought it would be worth sharing!

The whole 'bug' thing stems from Kyle and I calling each other nauseating pet names live Puffbug, Lovebug, Fluffbug, Lovefluff, Puppybug...it goes on and ON AND ON.
