Sun,18-120 min spring cleaning/rearranging/laundry only counting the vigorous stuff

M,19- off just did reg. cleaning, my eye is swollen today for some reason

Tue,20- 20 min walk

W,21- 45 min walk

Th,22-20 min walk

F,23-25 min mowing

Sat,24-20 min walk, 120 min mowing(dang i'm gonna feel it tomorrow..lol)

~~~TOTAL 370 Min.

good luck ladies let's see if we can do do as good or better this week!

Sun: 30 mins rowing

Mon: 20 mins rowing, 30 mins walking

Tue: 25 mins walking (I walk around the soccer field while my kids practice)

Wed: 30 mins rowing

Thur: 20 mins walking, 30 mins rowing, 30 mins stretching

Fri: didn't do much of anything

Sat: 25 mins walking

we're at 685 min. so take that plus last weeks is 2720+685=3405

Sunday --> 35 minutes walking cross country

Monday--> 40 minutes going up 2 hills both ways, with no shoes on in the snow

Wednesday--> 35 minutes walking 1.5 miles

Monday 4/19: 20 min Stability Ball

Tuesday 4/20: 35 min cardio, 5 min abs

Wednesday 4/21: 40 min. cardio, 5 min abs

Thursday 4/22: worked two jobs

Friday 4/23: worked two jobs

Saturday 4/24: 40 min cardio, 10 min strength training

Actually i have everyone's name and what post their min. are in so keeping it in the same post is easier,then having to find diff. posts. It's the people who keep repeating days in diff. posts that gets it messed up. So if your going add each days total exercise DON'T keep putting down the other days too. Once is enough..LOL
