OH but we have spring. Right now driving from Houston to Austin you can see FIELDS covered in wild flowers. There is a little blue one that from a distance looks like water.
Some of my favorite memories was going to San Antonio for Easter and see fields covered in blue bonnets or indian paint brushes.
Now we don't have fall but you know I will gladly give up fall to see a few head of cattle knee high in wild flowers in the spring.
Well it hit 70 degrees here on Easter and all us Washingtonians were sweltering. I most certainly do not live here to be subjected to those kinds of temperatures :) We on the Peninsula rarely get to 70 and that is just right for me. Give me rain any day of the week! (We are pretty happy that most people don't agree with this philosophy cause if everyone realized how gorgeous it is up here we would be inundated!)
Yah, I was so disappointed... I just had a 3 day weekend, and I was up at Andre's house...we were both so pissed when it was cloudy and rainy all weekend...It was warm, granted, and on Saturday we took a 3 km hike, even though it was muddy and rainy...but it was great! Sunday we expected would be a sunny day, but unfortunately it was overcast and rainy most of the day so we couldn't go rollerblading...we did walk for about an hour and a half, though, so that was cool. I'm just waiting impatiently for nice, sunny weather, because that really motivates me to get out there and exercise!!! I really need to start exercising on a regular basis to increase my metabolism, because I'm at a plateau :( ~Sabrina 264/208/160-165, Atkid since July 17/03
