I read a lot of magazine articles and I track my weigh ins and exercise minutes on Excel spreadsheets. And of course I come here for support and encouragement!
A lot of interesting cook books out there (I've already mentioned a couple I particularly like), and the food channel (of course). It doesn't have to be about "dieting" so much as just having fun learning some new ways of doing things. That's what I've done.
