I have a love/hate relationship with that feeling...I'm fine with it as log as my blood sugar is not so low it's making me sick, but when I started taking Effexor XR, I lost my appetite for two weeks. The thought of food, not just eating, skeeved me out so bad. needless to say, I lost weight. One of the side effects of Effexor is loss of appetite, weight loss, and ANOREXIA. (sign me up !)

The appetite came back mostly, but the obsseive thoughts about food have stayed away.

Amy, who would eat a dead cat if she were hungry enough.

I did eat a little salad last night but that was it. My body tends to do that when there is too much in it. believe me when I say I was FULL OF IT yesterday.

I feel better this morning and I am eating good for me breakfast. I just hate that feeling since I will stop eating because of it. About 2 years ago, I didn't eat for almost 2 weeks because of the stress I was under at the time and the sick feeling I had. Not good especially when I don't want it to become a habit.
