Are you saying such a short walk made you sick? How could that be? Or was it something else? Maybe ate something spoiled? Take care.

Sigh...let me see if I can explain this in a manner that is understandable.

It was anywhere between 84 and 87 yesterday with 100% humidity in full sun. It would be the first time out in the sun all winter for one factor. The other factor is that I did get over heated. I climbed 4 different hills at different grades of steepness. Living in Houston that alone is a amazing. I also have a birth defect in my heart that causes problems and it did yesterday thus the over heating.

Now for your condesending manner about the length of the walk...you can in all due respect and love bite me. I am in no mood for you antics today.

You are by poofed as all the other personas you speak with.

i feel like ick.

i am trying to take care of myself...about to get stock in gatorade. it's the only thing i am keeping down. water is not my friend today.

truly as long as i am not too active today and eat very light i will be right as rain by tomorrow.

though i am wondering if walking in 100% humidity by a full bayou is a good thing. :)

Karrietex,

It was a simple question. Draw off the dogs. You live in Texas so both warm temperatures and high humidity are part of life and one would reasonably expect your body would be use to it. Since you mentioned heart, that could be it. But instead of going into attack mode, you could of just said that. For most people, two miles is a NOTHING walk which anyone should be able to handle without complaining. I asked if it were the walk, or spoiled food.

So stop being so nasty....and take a hike!

But if your not used to walking two miles everyday, including hills and the heat, then it could be a chore for someone.

For SOME people, not MOST, it may be a nothing walk. But you belittling her effort is certainly not the way MOST people would go about it.
