Hey everyone:)

My husband is going to Ireland on business and I get to go along! I'm excited about traveling to europe, but not about Irish cuisine especially. I've heard that Irish food just sucks. No offense to the Irish here...LOL Anyone ever been there? Got any suggestions on what to eat while I'm there?

Thanks in advance for your ideas!

If anyone likes Mexican - real, fresh, yummy Mexican, let me know. I love Mexican so much I'd sell my own mother for a really good salsa verde.

Rob - go for the tea bread. Very num-num esp. with a smear of jam. But have a beverage with it or it will suck the moisture right out of your head and you will dessicate on the spot.
