Thurs--60 mins Kathy Smith's Weightloss Workout

Fri--50 mins Kathy Smith's Step Workout (I just did the step part, skipped the abs and weights today! I'm sore from Gilad still. I upped my weights and step height this week too.)

5/1--30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes recumbent bike, 30 minutes walking around track
