I think the trick is, you have to find something you LIKE to do and then DO IT. For instance, I bet many people really like going for a walk outside and having that quiet time to reflect, enjoy nature, hear birds chirping and see flowers coming up. If that's the case, then walking would be your thing. And it would be important to set time aside for yourself, just like any other *can't miss* appointment, and do it on a regular basis.
Other people might like dance, so sign up for a dance class. Or aerobics. You get the picture. It's all exercise. Even shopping, if done right, is good exercise. So the trick is to find something enjoyable, or vary activities to do lots of things that are personally enjoyable.
I personally love exercise every day, but then I know what I like to do, and what I don't. And I do what I enjoy.
