I also wish I had more time to focus on my diet. It's definately still working for me, especially since I've upped my carbs. The problem I have is that I just don't have time in a day to worry about counting my carbs and making sure I'm getting 25. I'm just estimating right now, and when you do that it becomes easier to cheat. I also find that a lot of the time, I'll forget to eat until my stomach is growling, and then I'll get frustrated because it takes too much time to prepare something good to eat! It helps that I live on my own, and I don't keep any crap food in the house. I'm just finding that I'm having a hard time balancing everything in my life...what I WANT to do, what I NEED to do, etc. I WANT to spend time with my boyfriend, go rollerblading, watch my favourite shows...but I just don't have time to do these things and get all my crap done. And with me, if I don't do the things on my "to do" list, then I worry about them! I guess I need to chill out a little bit, but anxiety is just a way of life for me sometimes. But I'm doing the best I can! It's a damn good thing I don't have any kids, because I seriously don't know how single mothers do it all!
