oooh, oooh! My favorite is a video called "Step Basics II" from the late 80s. My copy is getting all warpy from use. It's great, it has funny old techno-like music and everyone is wearing bright colored spandex. I don't know why, but when I'm in a bad mood that one always cheers me up. I've done it so many times that I have the words memorized, and I catch myself talking along with the overenthusiastic leader with a great blond mullet.

I'm so weird, I know. It just makes me happy, though.

Uhhh, well, you all probally know mine, but I'll post it here for posterity.

#1 Gilad's Step & Tone

#2 Kathy Smith's Weightloss Workout

#3 Kathy Smith's Step Workout

#4 PM Yoga--(bought this as a set--AM/PM Yoga. The AM yoga has Rodney Yee. I forget who the PM instructor is, but she is good. This tape is very relaxing so obviously I hardly ever get to do it! But when I do, I go all out: Light candles and really get into it. It helps if there is no husband or child around. Oh well, guess I ought to try the AM one on my off week! At least DH is at work (yup, he's still here--for now) and DS is at school...
