It's already May let's start this month right, with lots of exercises =)

Sun,2- 30 min walk,5 min abs,10 min weights

M,3- 45 min walk,30 min cross-ramp

Tu,4- 20 min walk,25 min mowing, 5 min abs

W,5- 70 min walk,15 min. cross-ramp, 25 min cross trainer,15 min weights

Th,6- 20 min walk,30 min legs,abs,arms

F,7- 40 min walk

Sa,8-73 min mowing (mower stopped working so couldn't finish, dang..LOL)

Sun--Went to a wedding on Saturday. Laid around slightly hung-over. Did some yardwork though...

Mon--60 mins Gilad's Step & Tone

Tue--50 mins Kathy Smith's (didn't do the ab exercises after--I upped my step height and I have just enough energy to do just the step aerobics part. For now.)

Wed--60 mins Kathy Smith's Weightloss Workout

Thurs--60 mins Gilad's Step Tone

Fri--none

Sat--None! EXCEPT RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE HERE IN BEAUTIFUL MYRTLE BEACH!!!!! SEE ABOVE POST!!!

Total=230 MINS

sun/ 35 min cardio,2 hours yard work

mon/25 min treadmill,15 minutes stationary bike, 20 minutes weight training .
