It's already May let's start this month right, with lots of exercises =)
Sun,2- 30 min walk,5 min abs,10 min weights
M,3- 45 min walk,30 min cross-ramp
Tu,4- 20 min walk,25 min mowing, 5 min abs
W,5- 70 min walk,15 min. cross-ramp, 25 min cross trainer,15 min weights
Th,6- 20 min walk,30 min legs,abs,arms
F,7- 40 min walk
Sa,8-73 min mowing (mower stopped working so couldn't finish, dang..LOL)

Tuesday - 45 mins walking & 15 mins abs

Tue- 1 hr. scrubbing floor, 20 min. on abs(sit-ups, chinese sit-ups), and 10 min. squats
Wed- 45 cleaning lobby at work(clean tables, sweep, take out all trash, mop)

I AM exercising, I promise........I just always forget to add to this

M,3- 30 min Pilates
Tu,4- after spending 3 hours in the grocery store, I didn't feel like it
