Aww, jeez, Rely..You picked them out already!!!! Yes, for me it would have to be Fat!So?, The Fat Girls Guide To Life (Thank you, Shawna)and I loved Jemima J !
Also; Eat, Drink, and be Merry, The Mount Sinai Complete Book of Nutrition (DO NOT leave home without it), Real Gorgeous by Kaz Cooke, Food and Loathing by Betsy Lerner and the Atkins Diet.
A few years ago I worked in a bookstore and bought every diet book out there...The Diet Cure, Eat Right for Your Blood Type (FLAMING HOGWASH), and the Low-Blood Sugar Diet Book.
I have over 400 books and most of them are huge reference tomes...I need to have a yard sale!
Just a good cookbook, **any** good cookbook. I think it was Forte who first mentioned Cary Neff's book and I have to say it has the most beautiful layout, and some of the best recipe ideas, I've ever tried. Not an easy *for beginners* kind of thing, but well worth the effort. It's my favorite right now, and for that ....Thanks, Forte!
