OK, I did make my goal of 10 pounds by my birthday but now there is no movement and I am fustrated about it.

I really don't care that I have lost another inch in my waist and hips. I want poundage gone. And I am not eating as well since I am still very stressed. (Though that is slowly abating)

So advice on how to get under the 260 mark? I am already walking close to 2 miles almost daily.

Just not motivated enough yet to move. Then again I haven't motivated about anything in 2 months.

Karrie,

I'm sorry you're in a rut. And I know it's frustrating not to see the scale move. But you did lose an inch and that's great! Just keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so although you're not seeing the number on the scale move, you're still losing fat. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear, but just remember that you're doing great :-)

Oh Karrie,I know how you feel~sigh~.While it is nice to see inches gone(or clothes fitting better)it almost feels like the actual weightloss is more important.I've been stuck at 230 for months now,and while it's nice seeing my clothes fit better,I'd feel much better if the darn scale would move too.

It will,it may just take longer then planned...least thats what I'm trying to tell myself =)
