Good Morning Ya'll...
Must wanr ya'll now, me in a bad mood again. So if I am a bit blunt, i torry.
OK, well today I am starting to add crunches and what not to my 1.75 mile walk. I need to do something else since the walking is not becoming easier. My walking buddy is not up to where I am so I am loath to push it past where she is ready to do.
This is going to be hard because i need to make it a habit. After a 9 hour day and walking, I am going to be lazy and I need to stop that.
Need some people to kick my rear out of relaxing and into finishing my workout.

NO MORE BEING LAZY ABOUT IT!!
