Hello Ladies,

My name is Tiffany and I am new to the board. I am 26 years old and I currently weigh 278 lbs. I don't have a final goal weight, but my first goal is 265 by July 4th. I am doing the Zone diet as well as a variety of exercises including Walk Away the Pounds, TaeBo, and weight training. Last year, I was able to lose 30 lbs. For some reason, I just quit and gained it all back. Now I'm back on the wagon and this time it's for good! I just wanted to introduce myself to the board and say that I look forward to losing with all of you!

Hi Tiffany, and welcome! I think it's good that you're making small goals for yourself. It makes the weight loss seem more manageable. There are a lot of great people here, so pull up a chair and join in whenever you like :-)
