I am sure everyone has their own plan and I am going to try to create my own plan. What is working for you? What doesn't work?

I wish you the best in designing a program that fits your life style, I know it's not easy. I do know that journaling is a great help, I journal every day my feelings, my thoughts, what's going on, special Bible verses, Prayers, etc. Now I plan to add what I eat, how much, wher I ate it, and the mood I am in when eating. I'm sure this will help me. Hope this helps!

I just eat sensibly, and exercise reasonably. That's it, in a nutshell. No *plan* created by someone else. Just good old fashioned commonsense. Good luck to you, too.
