Im just jotting down some personal goals for this week since Im slacking in several areas it seems.

Im just jotting down some personal goals for this week since Im slacking in several areas it seems.
1. Attempt to reach 160 pounds by Sunday morning. (At a flat 163 right now)
2. Get 2 more walks in this week (about 2 mi. each)
3. Get pounding the H2O. I have been slacking due to high humidity. I think
I absorb water through my skin like a froggie.
4. Really watch the carbs.
5. OT - send more friends email.

1. Eat more veggies
2. Continue avoiding high sugar, empty calorie foods
3. Remember to take my multi-vitamin for a change
4. Drink less diet soda and more H2O
5. Try to get to bed earlier, so I'll have more energy
6. Try out the exercise video I borrowed from my mom
