Cereal and fruit for breakfast, and I'll know the rest of the day when I see it! Thursday, obviously. Let's see if I can remember Wednesday's offhand. Breakfast: huevos rancheros; lunch: fresh fruit plate with homemade banana break; dinner: porkchop, roasted vegetables (lots of 'em), homemade chocolate sorbet with fresh raspberries. I think that's it. Oh, popcorn.

lunch - turkey, cheese, mustard, tomato on wheat ....pickle........an apple .....
dinner - ??? lol
Breakfast - Half a bagel with sugar free jelly
Lunch - Chicken Ceasar Salad

Lunch: Bowl of homemade veggie soup
-banana nut oatmeal
-boiled eggs sliced,salad w/ ranch dressing
-skinless/boneless chicken breast,mashed potatoes,corn,sliced carrots
-sundae ice cream cone(a special treat)

Lunch: A Healthy Choice meal (Beef Marsallas, I think--forgive my spelling) and a small salad.
Dinner: We're having turkey burgers, salad, and cantalope.
