It lasts about a week and then you can maintain it with a good self tanner or get another airbrush tan...our spa actually sells a maintenance kit (made by St. Tropez) that includes a tan maintenance lotion to make it last longer.
Our spa charges $60 and it takes about 1 hour (including drying time)
It's recommended that you shower before you come in to get any lotion off of you...and don't wear make up. We have these special cleansing/exfoliating wipes that the client gets wiped down with too.
You lay on a table, starting on your stomach and then flip over onto your back.
This is definitely not a service for the modest...lol. We have you wear a disposable thong and that's it. We spray everywhere (except what's covered by the thong...and that's not much...lol) including the face. For clients with larger breasts, we have to actually move the breast out of the way to get to the armpit area. But just know that in the spa industry we've seen it all...lol. It's kind of like a doctor in that way...a body is a body is a body.
You leave the product on for 12 hours and then shower to wash it off. Apparently, it gets looking really dark and it might freak you out after the 12 hours but I've been assured that after you shower it looks very natural...lol. And all the people I've seen look great. You can shower earlier but you get the best results if you leave on at least 12 hours so it can soak in nice and deep and it will last the longest.
It's recommended to wear loose dark clothes on the way home. It's not supposed to stain clothes but it's better to be safe than sorry.
You are not supposed to do anything that will make you sweat before you wash it off...otherwise it might get streaky or you may have lighter spots under your armpits or where ever you sweat the most. So, darn, no working out right after...lol. I would recommend doing it in the evening so you are close to bed time...then you should be ready to wash it off when you get up in the morning.
Ummmmm...I can't think of anything else! If you have any more questions let me know!! :o)

Let me tell you, if I didn't get it for (almost) free I would definitely not be able to afford it! lol. I work at a high-end spa in a part of town with a lot of money and people who have nothing else to spend it on apparently...lol. I actually have a client who comes in WEEKLY for a massage at $75 a pop. Nice, huh? And we are also near a couple colleges so there is a lot of waxing business to be had and young ladies who like to spend Mom & Dad's money (and plus, most don't have any bills to speak of so what else are they going to spend it on???). It's really funny to me that I come lumbering up to work in my 85 Dodge pick up and drive right on by all the luxury cars in the parking lot...but we park in back so the beast isn't seen by everyone...rofl. I feel out of place driving that thing but it's *mine* and I don't have a $500 payment so I'm not complaining. lol
