I posted here the other night for the first time. I am still trying to figure out what to do to. I started to journal but it does not seem to be very productive yet. I eat only 1500 calories a day and all of them are from veggies and fruits and lean meats. I do not eat dairy or fats.

I have not lost any weight yet. How long until you saw results?

Also, be sure to include SOME fats in your diet. Unsaturated fats like olive oil are actually necessary to absorb some fat-soluble vitamins, keep you feeling full and are heart healthy.

Of course you want to limit processed foods, and saturated and trans fats.

Jan -14,Feb-2,Mar -6,Apr -5,May -5. It varies for everyone.

Good Luck and don't give up you may have to tweak things til you find something that works.

Reagan,

Don't focus on the "how long" but on the healthy choices you are making to make the changes in your weight. I think a scale needle is sorta like a dryer at a laundrymat...have you ever watched a dryer, waiting for it to stop! A watched dryer never finishes. A watched scale can "seem like" it takes an eternity for the needle to move.

Just enjoy the ride! Make positive choices at every meal. Do some fun exercise. And the changes will come...well...when they come!

Have a good one!
