Amy, 31, 265/162(******)/155, NH, Low fat/Low carb. Editing to say I'm 160 again! WHEE!

1. Name one positive trait about yourself and name one thing that is negative that you could change.

- Positive: I make the best out of a bad situtation whenever possible.

- Negative: I am a control freak. There! I SAID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. If you have your own personal trash can around your desk or near you, name three things in it. Or share the last few things you have thrown away if you used a public trash can. Now go on...rummage in the trash ladies! But if your at work, be "cool" about it ok? HAHA

- I threw away a D&D coffee cup, Lindt truffle wrappers, and some napkins I used to blow my snout.

3. What is your favorite TV show right now?

- Newlyweds with Nick & Jessica

4. What are "staples" in your diet right now? What do you eat the most?

- Salad, chicken, yogurt, almonds I eat practically every day.

5. When your working out, do you concentrate on upper body and lower body? Which gets the most exercise?

- Walking takes care of everything when I do it, but at work I do squats, tri-sided leg lifts, calf raises. My lower body has changed so much from doing these.

positive- I have a good sense of humor

negative- I sometimes get easily frustrated

Nothing

I mostly walk, swim or use a machine that moves my legs and I move my arms. I would say my legs get the most exercise. When I use my rower I exercise my arms lots.

Negative...my temper when it finally flares

Napkin that I was using for my wheat bagel and cream cheese breakfast. Paper that wraped the copier paper. Post it notes to myself

Right now I am walking more but this week I am going to spend some time on my upper body.

Positive: I'm reliable.

Negative: I'm a control freak.

Paper towels I used to make my husbands and sons lunch on, old yukky lettuce, and a paper plate.

I dont have one now that Survivor is over.

A variety of soups, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

I concentrate on both upper and lower body but I would say lower body gets the most exercise.

I'm a good friend and a good listener. A negative trait would be that I'd like to be more outgoing and not so shy.

My lower body gets more of a workout, but I need to concentrate on my upper body more. I've noticed that I've lost most of my weight in my lower body (not a bad thing!) but not much in my upper body. I want to be able to wear tank tops without being embarrassed!

Plan: Atkins

Stats: 162/127/125 ish (145 was my original goal, 186 is my highest weight)

Positive: Usually very upbeat, volunteer a lot

Negative: Smoking

Trash: SF Jello container (we are all sick), kleenex, and dental floss

TV show: CSI

Diet Staples: Apples with Simply Jif

Exercise: I do curves 3 days a week which works both upper and lower, plus treadmill every night if I am not sick

..........Postive: I like being a shoulder for people to lean on. Negative: I tend to be overly sarcastic. I don't do it malicously (sp?). I just have a weird since of humor.

.........I've been throwing away Kleenex, lots and lots of Kleenex. I caught a cold from my ds and I've been snotting all over the place since Saturday (like that visual, LOL!)

3. What is your favorite TV show right now?

.........Hmmmm, well I guess "Reba" on the WB. I'm actually a big time Survivor and Big Brother fan, but neither are on at the moment. BB comes back either this month or next.

4. What are "staples" in your diet right now? What do you eat the most?

.........Right now I'm eating a lot of veggies and fruit. I have a salad with lunch and dinner. Sometimes I put the fruit on the salad or eat it as a dessert or snack. I think this is the first time I've ever gotten my "5 a day".

5. When your working out, do you concentrate on upper body and lower body? Which gets the most exercise?

.........Since my exercise routine is walking, its the lower body getting used most. I have some hand weights I should be using, but first I'll have to find them.
