1. Name one positive trait about yourself and name one thing that is negative that you could change.
~~ Positive: I'm a very patient person, Negative: I like to be right all the time, LOL.
2. If you have your own personal trash can around your desk or near you, name three things in it. Or share the last few things you have thrown away if you used a public trash can. Now go on...rummage in the trash ladies! But if your at work, be "cool" about it ok? HAHA
~~ an expired coupon, a used dryer sheet, and an empty Skittles bag (of which I only ate a few, they were for my DS as a reward for using the potty, just in case the diet police are watching!)
3. What is your favorite TV show right now?
~~ I don't have just ONE favorite, I watch too many!
4. What are "staples" in your diet right now? What do you eat the most?
~~ Let's see...chicken breast, ground turkey, broccoli, carrots, apples, bananas, lowfat cottage cheese, sugar free fat free pudding, yogurt. I don't really know what I eat the most of.
5. When your working out, do you concentrate on upper body and lower body? Which gets the most exercise?
~~ I work my whole body, but the lower body probably gets the most work. I go to Curves (upper and lower), do pilates (upper and lower), occasionally weight lifting (mostly upper, but some lower as well), elliptical trainer (mostly lower, but I do use the arms at times), recumbent bike (lower, and sometimes I'll do hand weights at the same time), treadmill and walking outside (both lower).

1. Positive Trait, I have an entrepreneur spirit, and love life (except when feeling FAAAAAAAAAT and UUUggglllyyy and hormonal). Negative is that I sometimes feel fat ugly and hormonal.
2. in my personal trash at work is a bunch of papers that i purged when i cleaned my desk. additionally is some sunny delight little bottles from trying to keep my morning appetite from raging.
3. I never get to watch much tv, but i really love Paulie on American Chopper, and love to watch Jag too.
4. I am not really on a diet (for shame), so staples at least in trying to cut down is water, and miscellaneous whatever......oh yeah,,,,, coffee w/ half and half, and someitmes a little creamed honey .....
5. I get a lot of exercise working, and then applauding those who have lost on this board

1. One (+) thing about me is that I'm really creative. The negative thing is my poor self image and the excess weight. That'll change tho so.
