My lunch wasn't exciting, not particularly healthy, and not even really all that good, LOL, but if ya really want to know... I had sandwich which consisted of 1 slice of light bologna, 1 2% milk american cheese slice, and a bit of miracle whip light on 7 grain bread. I also had a small handful of cheetos and about 10 shrek ogre sized m&m's. It was what I fed my kids, I couldn't find anything interesting for myself and it looked good while I was making it, didn't taste quite as appealing though, LOL!
Now my dinner last night was really yummy! I grilled steaks on my george foreman, I rubbed in some Tastefully Simple seasoned salt and it was soooooo tasty! DH even took a bite and said "What happened, did you learn how to cook in one day?" After I got over being ticked off at him for saying it I took it as a compliment, LOL! I also steamed some sweet snap peas. I was wishing there had been enough for leftovers today, it was really good!!
Well, for lunch I had a bowl of tomato soup, a turkey sandwich (turkey, lettuce, tomato on wheat, no mayo),a cup of fat-free banana's foster flavored yogurt, and some diet Sprite.
For dinner it is going to be turkey burgers, steamed veggies, and fruit salad for dessert.
My cold is still giving me a fit, so I'm tryin to keep things easy. The fruit salad is from my mom, who stopped by today and the burgers and veggies only take minutes to fix. If I had my choice I wouldn't eat. I can't taste anything right now.
I was on the road doing work, and had leftover chicken and mashed potatoes for breakfast, a jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and juice for lunch, and spaghetti with salad and baguette.
Hmmm, is that the South-of-the-Scale-Beach diet or FATkins?
You want to guess my lunch today? That's right!! PEANUT BUTTTTTTTTER, but this time it really was 1TBS on each rice cake. My eyes were wide open the whole time!! I swear!!
