At this very moment, what were you thinking or doing?

Cleaning eye goobers from my dogs eyes.Thinking I should prolly get up and head upstairs, put the little one to bed and try out the yoga tape I got from the library.Wondering what I can do with the chicken breasts in the fridge without having to go to the store and buy anything.Hoping my sister will call so I can head over there and get my junk for her garage sale out of my trunk.Of course,I'd like to scream at the kids right now for screaming in the house.Ok,I think I'm gonna go check out that tape =)

I just got back from Costco. I went there hoping to get CSI on DVD but no dice. Instead I bought a Mach3 razer for my husband, lettuce, fruit cocktail, bananas, grapes, guacamole chips (my son insisted we must have) and rice crackers.

Now, I am sitting here at the computer drinking a bottle of water and having some Nature Vallley crunchy granola bars thinking about what exercise I should do today. I have tons of dishes to wash and laundry too although its doubtful I will get to the laundry.

Right now I SHOULD be working, but I'm here instead. I'm having a good day, though. In honor of flag day, each department was allowed to decorate our area in different flags/patriotic stuff. Our department won! And the best part was that I was the one who did most of the planning and decorating, so they liked my work! It's just one of the fun things that my company likes to do to keep up the morale. Later we are going to have a trivia contest and they'll be serving some refreshments. Then it's time for the weekend!

Shawna,

At this very moment? Well, at this very moment I'm writing this post to you. Odd question. Anyone who answers is, obviously, at that very moment responding. Why are you asking?

***AHEM*** ANYway..... I am getting ready to take a nap, because I was woken up at 3 this morning by Kyle, fell back to sleep at 4:30, got up at 10, drove 1/2 hour to go to WalMart & grocery shopping, realized I left my bank card at home (*!^&%$!?), drove ANOTHER hour round trip and got all the shopping done.

Other than that, I'm picking my nose.

You have NO idea - ask Linda ! She'll agree with me...I live 25-30 minutes from a decent grocery store and Walmart, an HOUR from the mall(the fact of which pains me physically), the HOSPITALS are 25-30 minutes away (which is one of the reasons our EMS squad is one of the best in the state)and if I'm the one driving the ambulance, I get us there PRONTO.

It is the Boonies....Two traffic lights between me and work. I can walk to work in 30 minutes taking my time, had a moose in our yard last week (it was a 4 year old female and she was spooked and running in and out of yards, up and down the street - we live on Main Street so it was pretty funny), one dentist, one doctor, one school for two towns, this years graduating class was 22 people. YES, 22...Some smaller towns next to us have police on call from home for the overnights....I have to let the turkeys pass by when I go to my moms house because she has a flock that live on the property and they hang out in the driveway.

One must be creative living here....
