Hi, my name is Lauren and I just wanted to say that I think you women are great. I have just joined the site today and it's nice to see real progress instead of people who lose unreal amounts like 30 lbs in their first month. I am currently 243 and an upcoming sr in college...I used to have unrealistic fantasies of diet pills and being a 120 lbs girl...but I know that with my frame, a much healthier weight would be 165. Baby steps right? Any, as a new vegetarian (1 month strong) and a sound gym routine, I hope to be able to post admirable results like the rest of you. Once again, thank you. 243/235/170. (I'm assuming that means current weight, weight at the end of the next monrh and future goal).

Welcome to the board, glad you found us!! It sounds like you are off to a great start, much success to you on your journey!!
Oh, and when most of us post our stats we put starting weight/current weight/goal weight, you of course can post what you'd like, but if you are wondering what it means on someone else's post that's probably it.
