I know that you two have worked so hard to get to goal, and right now seem to be so close but just not able to get over this plateau. I read in your confessions that you feel bad for not being at goal yet. Well, I just wanted to say that I think you two have done awesome and I can't wait to have that problem lol! You both have come so far and are an inspiration to me. I know a lot of people go through what you two are going through when they get close to goal. I've heard that the last 10-20 pounds are the hardest to take off. So no more talk of feeling like failures (Shawna) or any other negative thoughts! You two are so far from being failures. It might take some time (and I know what it's like to be impatient) but you both WILL REACH GOAL!!! I know you will. So chin up, and know that you have a lot of people rooting for you.

I second that!

BTW, I been in limbo for several weeks now. But I was eating like a truck driver so no surprise there. Thank God I exercised or else I would of gained. But I only been doing exercise 3 x a week for an hour. I usually like to get 4 or 5 days in. I'll step it up again soon,(I got to!) at least I been getting 3 days in! Better than nothing!

I didn't mean to imply that we're sick of hearing about it! At least I hope you didn't take it that way! I know that it's a real problem for you and that it's bothering you a lot. I'll probably be the same way when I get there. I just wanted to let you know that we're behind you and cheering you on.

And I totally understand the exercise thing, Pal Gal. If you read my confession, that's where I've been slacking the most and I have to get my butt in gear! Maybe we can kick each other's butts :-)

****flinging myself on Linda with a big wet thud****

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!! That makes me feel really good ! I know I will get to goal someday, and I need to lay off sabotaging myself (Kyle's parents own an ice cream shop in town and I AVOID it for obvious reasons). I know I eat well and should excersize more, because losing 105 pounds through diet alone isn't an excuse not to excersize.

I feel better today, despite my crappy headache..I weighed 160 today. I just WANT to see 159 SO BAD!!!!!

Big slobbery shark smooches,

Amy

Just wanted to add that Shawna i'm glad that you feel comfortable enough to post your stats again. I like seeing people's stats caus i often forget what people's stats are and it's nice to see people who have done so well as you have. AND i'm sure when i'm where you're at i'll be comfortable and will be hard to lose the lbs to be at my goal now. I know when i was 175 i was happy with my weight. And heck after being in the 200's for so long i'm sure it's like heaven..lol..good luck and keep chugging along you've done great no matter what weight you end up being, you should be dang proud of what you've accomplished and that you've motivated others that it's possible =)
