I like your new little guy in your signature! I had a chicken caesar salad, dressing on the side.

He does look a little paranoid, doesn't he? Either that, or guilty! He almost looks like he did something wrong and is waiting to get caught lol!

I had a Healthy Choice meal, the beef merlot, and some cantelope. I'll probably have another Healthy Choice for dinner. My husband works 2nd shift, my son is at a computer camp until 8 pm, and my daughter is over at my parents place until this evening.

I seem to eat better when I'm alone for some odd reason. You'd think it would be the other way around. Anyway, I hope everyone has a nice, thunderstorm free day wherever you are. I am really tired of the storms and the tornado threats!

I had yogurt for lunch...it was supposed to be my breakfast but I wasn't really hungry, so I had my homade mixed berry gurt with flax seeds and smashed almonds.

I buy whole almonds because the sliced ones aren't as satisfying for some reason. I take a handful and put them in a baggy and whack away with the meat mallet.

Ain't I so cool.(PPFFFFT!!!!!!!!!)
