Hi Ladies,

Just curious if you've ever been taken in by a product that makes an outrageous claim about fat burning, trimming cellulite, instant weight loss, etc. For instance, recently came across a soap that promises to wash away cellulite and an exercise machine that has you flopping around like a fish because, after all, have you ever seen a fat fish?!!

Tell me about those Thigh MAsters, 6-second Ab machines and electrical stimulator fat zappers I know you have in your closet -- or the exercise in a bottle supplements and 10 hour miracle diet powders you're hiding in the cubboard.

Why did you buy them? What sucked you in? How much money did you spend?

I know you want to confess, so please tell me what you think in the discussion all the way at the bottom of this board or on my Fit By Friday board. I always get the best stories from the 100 Pounds board!!!

No, Liz. None of the above. I just eat sensibly, and try to exercise reasonably (as best I'm able). No confessions on this end.
