Faith here in sunny Michigan!

310/280ish/<----way skinnier than that

Sorta doin' Weight Watchers but I've been a complete slacker at it lately, so I guess I'm just trying to wish the weight away at this point...:) I've been walking, swimming and generally moving more than I have in the past so that's "a good thing" (Martha Stewart impression). I keep waiting for motivation to overtake me but it really hasn't yet. Can you buy that stuff anywhere????

Good luck and health!

Forte, here! Had a busy week, likewise getting ready for a busy and fun weekend --outside activities, mostly. My "diet" is just plain old common sense. I just eat sensibly, and exercise in fun ways. That pretty much sums it up.

I have been sweating my behind off in this humidity here in Philly. I'm getting some stuff together for the Poconos. I leave in 2 weeks on July 2nd. I'm down 52 pounds now. That reminds me. I need to update my profile. My goal is to lose 200 pounds. I dunno if I'll be able to eat right like I've been doing since January while working, but I'll be getting a whole lot of exercise.

Doing my own thing of watching what and how much I eat and how often.I tend to eat out of boredom and not when I'm really hungry,so watching that.Writing everything down again so I can actually SEE on paper what it is I am putting into my body.Started up my exercise routines again and am feeling better about that =)

Hey Misty - I was put on a low carb/low fat diet and it worked GREAT. Dietician put me on it to lower my cholesterol and I lost a load of weight as well. If you need any suggestions I'd be happy to share it with you - I've passed it on to Kerstin, Mel, Shawna (who, due to a severe nut addiction, had to pass on it because it allows nuts)I, personally, could eat nuts till I threw up. Same as Peanut Butter. Gerry -, here on the board is my PB cohort and we fuel easch other's addiction.

If you need any help or have a question, let me know!

Deb, 270/225/140ish

I'm doing a low fat, avoiding refined carbs, watching the calories thingie. No real documented plan, just something I worked out for myself. I am happy with what I've done so far, but it seems like my body is taking a breather for now. I am stalled and have been so for about a month. Then again, I have been indulging here and there. At least I still exercised. Even with my bad knee! It aches a bit, but it's the only way I'm going to get the weight off.
