They need a crazy emoticon or something O.o

Anyways,so I rented a yoga tape from the library a few days ago and was finally able to watch and do parts last night.HOLY COW those people are flexible! They were in positions I've only dreamed of being in,lol. So my goal is to be able to rent that tape again sometime next June and be able to get into most,if not all positions shown.Which means really getting my arse in gear to lose weight, tone up,and strengthen some muscles here.

I'm really excited about this...much more so then just having a weightloss goal =)

That's great, Bren! I have goals, too that are more than just about losing weight. I have fitness goals, too. And I know what you mean about the flexibility. I must be one of the most inflexible people out there. I bought a couple of stretching tapes and they've really helped a lot. They're by Tamilee Webb. One is called Beginner's Stretch for Flexibility and the other is Total Body Stretch for Beginners. I definitely feel the difference, too. I can now tie my shoes without straining lol! At first I had problems with some of the stretches, but as I get more flexible, I'm finding them to be easier to do. And it's fun to see how I can go farther with some of the stretches. So if you're looking for some good tapes to increase your flexibility, I recommend these.

Hi Brenda! Congrats on setting yourself some goals. I started doing yoga last month and actually bought a DVD called All Day Yoga for Beginners. It's basically very simple yoga steps to help either start your day, relax from your day or end your day, and it's pretty simple. There are very few things I can't do on there. I would recommend it highly for getting started and stretching out those muscles! After only a month, I can do all but one move (touch my toes while seated, my tummy is still to big to do that one!) I love it and think it's a good way to start! Each workout is less than 20 minutes.

Anyway, good for you for wanting to get to a goal. Have a great Saturday!
