I don't see how you're handling that schedule, Whew! Hats off to you cause I'd be crawling around on my hands and knees after only one day, lol.

Goth, if Slimfast feels right to you give it a go. I've heard and read more than once that the plan that works is the one you can stick to. If Slimfast seems like the one for you, then you can make it work.

Hugs and I hope you get some rest ;0)

Well, you definitely gotta do what works for you. I starved on Slimfast, lol, think I lasted a couple of days too. I used to have your kind of schedule, don't miss it! Have you ever packed your lunch, maybe the night before? That seemed to work for me, when I was motivated, lol. I like to plan a day ahead too what I am going to eat. That seems to help. I really like the protein drinks for breakfast, maybe a yogurt and a piece of fruit. I also liked the yogurt smoothies. During the school year, I would eat breakfast on my way to school, probably not a good thing to do, but I am not a morning person. That's all I can think of! Good luck!!

well i do pack the night before when i can but like i said, most nights i get home really late and then i hafta clean up after my animals, do whatever homework I have which usually is a hellish amount lol (nursing student)... and then unwind for bed which i literally fall into LOL

i eat my breakfast on my way to work too, which usually isn't anything more than a piece of toast or a piece of fruit, then stay busy at work (i work for the IRS, and we're still suffering from the height of tax season and it doesn't slow down until about november) ... so that makes it worse i cant like get to work and unwind a lil bit or nothin before my day starts ... its usually havoc from the moment i walk in the door LOL

i did slimfast awhile back and i didnt have any hunger issues or problems sticking to it ... and it worked ... i got down to about 200 but then life got in the way and i fell off the wagon LOL this was about a year and a half ago though before i came back here again before christmas

Personally, I would never drink slimfast. Even if no other *food* were in sight, I'd wait until I could get to some good old fashioned real food. But if it appeals to you, do what you want to do.

Slim-Fast isn't a bad option if you don't have time to eat. However, it is real easy to get tired of it. I've been on it at different times in my life, losing 10-20 lbs. each time. After awhile though, I found my self skipping the Slim-Fast in lieu of a meal or (GASP) drinking the shake with a meal. The only problem I've seen is that once you go off of it, it's easy for the weight to come back, since you're likely to be consuming more than 400 calories for breakfast and lunch (1 can = 200 cals, x 2 meals).

Prior to Atkins, I used Slimfast shakes as breakfast for convenience. They tasted pretty good to me and I was never a breakfast eater to begin with so that was always good for me. Being that busy as you are, even having a shake might be convenient for you as well. If you don't feel the need to actually "eat" something. Me, I have to. I found that the shakes weren't really that filling for lunch. But now, Slimfast also has bars, pasta dishes and other items that you can use for dinner. I think there's a complete program probably at their web site. My only question to you would be....is 2-3 shakes per day enough for you? Maybe you could supplement in between shakes with some fruit or sliced veges and such. Or maybe a shake for breakfast and one for lunch and then a balanced dinner of real food. Whatever you choose, good luck to you!
