C- Count your calories, carbs and blessings
D - Don't "diet" but rather change your diet.
E- Evaluate your normal eating to see "how and why" you eat.
F - Fats, make them healthy for your body
G- Get out and walk!
H - Healthy does not mean skinny.
I- Ignore fad diets
J- Jazz up the recipes
K- Kitchens are your friend. (???Don't ask !!!)
L- Lighten up your foods with "light", "reduced" or "fat free"
M- Make healthy choices!
N- No beating your self up (Amy & Shawna...LOL)
